Clubhouse Rentals

The Stephens Grove Clubhouse is available for all residents of the neighborhood.

Reservations must be made 14 days prior to the date events. Reservations are based on a first come, first served basis with one event per day. A security deposit of $300 is required. Rental and cleaning fee is $125.

To inquire about renting the clubhouse, please email [email protected]. Be sure to include what date(s) you are inquiring about.

Please note, Clubhouse rentals and Pool Party requests are handled separately. If you want to host a pool party and rent the club house, both requests must be made.
